"Straightforward, but customizable - with excellent onboarding & customer service."

What do you like best about Clio? I like the reports I can run in both Grow and Manage and I love the searchability of both platforms. I enjoy knowing that if I ever have a question or issue, I will have a great experience when I contact customer support. What do you dislike about Clio? What do you like best about Clio? being able to have a cloud-based software that I can use to prepare pre-bills and store all of my client files and contacts. What do you dislike about Clio? When finalizing bills, the deletions do not reflect in the file itself so I have to delete them in the pre-bill as well as in the actual file. It takes up a lot of time. What do you like best about Clio? Clio allows me to file, organize and retrieve electronic documents and communications within seconds and maximize my efficiency in the office. What do you like best about Clio? My favorite feature is the billing area. So easy to run a bill and then undo it if you need to make changes! What do you dislike about Clio? What do you like best about Clio? Clio has allowed our firm to go from multiple case tracking applications to just one. We are able to use Clio with our Outlook app to save emails to the case file. What do you dislike about Clio? When you add anything to the calendar, Clio automatically adds it to Outlook. I wish it worked the same visa versa.
