"Efficient solution for documents, communications, billing, and payments."

What do you like best about Clio? The integrations with phone provider, scansnap, lawpay, and Microsoft. As well ad Clio drive for the desktop. What do you dislike about Clio? I wish Clio had a way to do more collaborative work with inner firm staff, such as assigning communications that need attention and then resolving them and assigning new documents to team members who can review them and mark them as reviewed. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Use of less ...

"Clio helps keep my law office sane"

What do you like best about Clio? I love that so many of the management pieces necessary to running a law office today are bundled together. I also love that Clio is constantly innovating and improving. What do you dislike about Clio? Like any software, there are rules to learn or habits to create to a comodate the software. This learning curve takes time and sometimes we don't feel we have that. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? I particularly like Clio grow ...

"Efficiency and Ease"

What do you like best about Clio? Clio makes running my practice a lot more efficient due to how easy it is to learn how to use the platform. Unlike other platforms, Clio is actually pretty straight forward. What do you dislike about Clio? it doesnt really integrate well with some of the other apps. There seem to be issues connecting it to things like outlook or mailchimp or other services that would really make Clio even more valuable. What problems is Clio solving and how is that ...

"Easy to use and implement"

What do you like best about Clio? 24/5 support, ease of use, lots of integrations with other productivity tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Quickbooks, and DialPad. Platform agnostic, so you can use it on a Windows or Mac device. What do you dislike about Clio? It could be more robsut in its automations and workflows. While it's easy to use, it doesn't actually provide practice area specific tools or workflows, nor is it really customizable. What problems is Clio solving and how is that ...

"CLIO PROVIDES EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LISTENS TO THE IDEAS AND REQUESTS FOR ITS USERS."

What do you like best about Clio? CLIOS IS VERY USER-FRIENDLY. THE NUMEROUS TUTORIAL VIDEOS AND QUICK ACCESS TO SUPPORT MAKE IT VERY EASY TO LEARN AND ADAPT TO OUR BUSINESS NEEDS. What do you dislike about Clio? ALTHOUGH SIMPLE AND EASY TO READ, THE CLIO DASHBOARD DOES NOT HAVE SOME FEATURES THAT WE WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE, SUCH AS VIEWING MATTER NOTES ON THE DASHBOARD. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? CLIO HAS RESOLVED PAYMENTS WITH ITS CLIO PAYMENTS FEATURE. ...

"The Best Current Legal Software on the Market"

What do you like best about Clio? Unlike other software on the market for lawyers, Clio has options for integration with other software. As a company, they aren't afraid to admit that some solutions others offer would work well with their system. Clio knows what it specializes in and offers the ability to move information from other systems into theirs and back out again. As an example, we also use Smith.ai, which acts as a virtual receptionist for us. Smith.ai can input information into ...

"CLIO has the ability to be an all encompassed software and continues to make changes fitting clients"

What do you like best about Clio? Management and recordation features are most used by this user What do you dislike about Clio? Accounting features to be compatible with banks. For all payments to be listed in one area whether online payments or manually entered cash/check payments. Unless I am missing something I can only see the online payments tab, but I can run a report to see all payments. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems that are solved are ...
