"Clio supports me in providing practical and efficient service to my clients"
What do you like best about Clio? I have used both Clio Grow and Clio Manage from the beginning of my practice. I depend upon Intake forms to ensure that I am providing specialized counsel, and Clio helps me to get the billing and details of the services right for my clients. What do you dislike about Clio? Many legal products are still designed with litigators in mind. While I do some administrative and small claims practice, there's a fair share of us who specialize in corporate general, ...

"I am always looking for something better than Clio, but it's good enough for now."
What do you like best about Clio? Trust accounting, credit card payments, and time keeping are the only things Clio does "properly". It makes it reasonably easy to manage matters and such. The quickbooks cheque printing integration is great. What do you dislike about Clio? Clio seems to have lost focus on their core product. They have not made substantive UI changes in years. They keep releasing new features without making sure the existing features work. It lacks some core functions that ...

"Clio - User Friendly"
What do you like best about Clio? Clio is one of the most useful and user friendly platforms I've used in my 20+ IT career. I've been training staff on Clio for the past year and new hires seem to pick up the processes quickly because of Clio's intuitive nature. The updates they send out seem to only improve the flow of our data and they seem to listen to their clients and ask for feedback and feature requests. Their help center is great, but their live chat is even better and incredibly ...
