"Clio is a game changer"

What do you like best about Clio? Clio has been an excellent addition to our law firm. It has helped to streamline our workflows, and Clio is constantly adding new features to help us be even more efficient. One of my favorite features is the ability to text a client without them having my personal cell phone number. What do you dislike about Clio? Clio was a bit cumbersome to onboard and training has been challenging with our older employees. However, the resources available either by ...

"Clio makes onboarding and managing activity within each client's matter easy and straightforward."

What do you like best about Clio? Integrations and evolutions. Clio is constantly bringing on new integration partners that enhance the overall offering. In addition, they actively seek out feedback and input from their users to inprove the functionality of their platform. Just within our firm, we have seen many of our "wish list" items get put on to a project and added to the functionality of the platform. Sometimes within a really short period of time, 6 months or less! The feedback we, ...

"Client Management that works!"

What do you like best about Clio? With both Clio Grow and Manage you're able to keep track of your clients from first phone call to final dispensation of the case. The information that you track is highly customizable and gives the firm the freedom to personalize the information gathered based on need. What do you dislike about Clio? Clio documents could be useful if it were also able to be synced so that you could work online or off. I also think that Tasks could be improved, not just by ...

"Good for small businesses"

What do you like best about Clio? Clio is user-friendly and gets the job done. Best for smaller law firms. What do you dislike about Clio? Not enough reporting capabilities. Hard to track billing analytics without exporting to Excel to slice and dice. They have nice support staff but I wish they made more improvements based on user feedback. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Auto generates bills and keeps accurate activity and payment records.

"Long-time user"

What do you like best about Clio? When I started my firm in 2010, there were not many cloud-based services available for law-practice management. After thoroughly researching all options, I chose Clio. I have been a happy user for the past 13 years, and I have watched the platform grow. I've even made suggestions that have been implemented. The software is frequently improved, and it makes my practice easier. I like the way I can customize Clio to my own practice needs. What do you dislike ...

"They are very responsive and I appreciate the one on one customer service you receive."

What do you like best about Clio? All of the different features available, especially since our firm has utilized Clio Grow. What do you dislike about Clio? I do not like that you are unable to connect more than one client to a specific matter. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? That all case managment is in one place and clients have 24/7 access to their own file as well as an open line of communication with the firm.

"GREAT SYSTEM AND GREAT VALUE. CLIO HAS BEEN WORTH THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO MY PRACTICE"

What do you like best about Clio? Full feature set at a fixed monthly cost. Flexibility in upgrades and no long term contract committment. What do you dislike about Clio? I wish it had more robust report writing features (or maybe they do and I just need to study a little more.) What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? I am a solo law-firm and clio improves my ability to be responsive to cllient needs in a timely and cost effective manner. Its worth the price just for ...

"Helps Greatly!"

What do you like best about Clio? How organized it helps to make our cases, having a unique matter number for each case, how easy it is to upload documents. What do you dislike about Clio? Sometimes it loads or freezes. The calendar can be too cluttered. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping our cases become organized. Having all documents under a unique matter number. Having contacts saved in one place.
