"Best customer service for any software company we deal with!"
What do you like best about Clio? I love how Clio listens to its clients when it comes to enhancements for their software. It's also wonderful that they offer an annual conference where you can network with other Clio clients and obtain information about new integrations and software enhancements. What do you dislike about Clio? If anything, it would be nice to see the types of reports that can be pulled based on input fields be expanded. "It is a very useful software that I've encountered few problems with."
What do you like best about Clio? Centralization of data between lawyers at the same firm, time keeping aspects, centralization of client data, simplicity. What do you dislike about Clio? There should be a feature where you can enter time by min/sec and not just by the hourly fraction. Maybe there is an I just am unaware. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Solves the issue of office wide information lag and superfluous, duplicitive record keeping.

What do you like best about Clio? Clio is really easy to use. Everything is pretty straight forward. What do you dislike about Clio? I dislike the document automation portion. It is great is some ways but there is so much that could be done to improve it. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Clio has been great for our billing. Other programs were complicated. With Clio, it has made doing monthly billing a breeze.

What do you like best about Clio? The calendar and trust account features and the ability to create and work on individual matters. The firm feed allows me to track anything and everything that my employees are working on and can see when things are created, edited, or deleted. What do you dislike about Clio? "Clio makes onboarding and managing activity within each client's matter easy and straightforward."
What do you like best about Clio? Integrations and evolutions. Clio is constantly bringing on new integration partners that enhance the overall offering. In addition, they actively seek out feedback and input from their users to inprove the functionality of their platform. Just within our firm, we have seen many of our "wish list" items get put on to a project and added to the functionality of the platform. Sometimes within a really short period of time, 6 months or less! The feedback we, ...
