What do you like best about ClientSuccess? Client Success is a very user-friendly system with a very detailed but simplistic UI design. Client Success helps us keep all of our data in 1 place and view health metrics on our clients across the board.

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? The ability to have everything in one spot for a client. This platform allows my coworkers and me to have easy access to all of our clients. I never thought a platform could be so great until I started using Client Success.

"LOVE IT MORE THAN CHURNZERO!!"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? Maybe it's because we are a smaller company, but we love Client Success. My 2 favorite pages are the Client 360 view (with the usage data) and the Revenue page that shows past and upcoming renewals. Makes my job overseeing the CSM team so much easier!

"Best CS Software for the Price"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? I love that the tool is easy to use. The UI is intuitive, and the setup is simple. I do not have to hire another full-time employee to manage the software, we are able to do it ourselves with no problems. Additionally, our CSM (KGP) is a wonderful business partner.
