What do you like best about ClientSuccess? The best feature of ClientSuccess is the health scoring and the ability to customize the inputs that make up the health score. Compared to other systems I have used, it is the easiest.

"Huge for customer success"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? ClientSuccess presents information in a much more intelligible way to a standard user than it might be on its own; for instance, integration with Salesforce makes it easy to analyze performance and value. Their support desk is also incredibly efficient and always super polite.

"I highly recommend ClientSuccess. It's easy to use and very helpful for my daily tasks."

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? Being able to track all correspondence with my clients and have all information we need at the same place. I connected CS with Gmail and it's easier to use compared to other platforms.

"Easily the most engaging experience with a software company ever!"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? Every team member I spoke to was super-friendly, very willing to listen to my needs, and showed me clearly how ClientSuccess could work. I loved that they were upfront about things they couldn't do. I also appreciated how the software seems to be customizable to any specific use case we had. Every call has a clear agenda and I was walked through every detail.
