The ability to build communication maps and automate communications has been greatly impactful to our organization and freeing up team members' time, removing some of the human-dependent tasks we had with other vendors.

What do you like best about ClickDimensions? My account manager is very helpful and responsive. She's always sharing new tools and training, helping fix bugs, and encouraging me to submit tickets for new features I'd like added.
