Quick resolution of subscription issue

My issue with a paid but accidentaly canceled subscription was resolved the same day it was detected. 2 solutions were provided out of which I selected the most convenient one.

Oops, got a duplicate order

I ended up with a duplicate order of a product. Because Cleverbridge handled the order processing I requested a refund from them. After completing a simple online form with the order details, I got a response back in a giffy with the details of my refund. It was super easy and hassle-free!
