Quick resolution of subscription issue
My issue with a paid but accidentaly canceled subscription was resolved the same day it was detected. 2 solutions were provided out of which I selected the most convenient one.

both times I contacted Customer Service they are professional, proactive (offer links and how they can help), and quick to reply! My most recent communication was with Joshua and Elisa. More places should have such consciences employees!

Oops, got a duplicate order
I ended up with a duplicate order of a product. Because Cleverbridge handled the order processing I requested a refund from them. After completing a simple online form with the order details, I got a response back in a giffy with the details of my refund. It was super easy and hassle-free!
