Excellent Service even when requesting a refund!

Upon requesting a refund for an unneeded product, I received an immediate, personal email saying it had been taken care of and inviting me to contact Cleverbridge if I needed anything else. The friendly, quick response was NOT expected following a cancellation and refund request. I would contact Cleverbridge over other companies with similar products because I know that I would received responsive, personal, fast customer service to meet my needs.

Excellent Customer Service

Carlo T is a Customer Service Representative beyond compare. Carlo took a real interest in my case and immediately started doing all possible to remedy the situation, in the end, negotiated with the company resulting in the return of funds, withheld, as a result of my error.
