Quick response and help with my order
Due to errors I made renewing my Acronis True Image subscription I created more than one account. Cleverbridge was very responsive and quickly processed the refund for my mistakes. They have been a pleasure to due business with, and Acronis works great!

Courteous fast resolution to a disputed charge…
Very fast response concerning a charge that I did not recognized. As it turns out it was a valid charge. My concerns where dealt with politely in 2-3 hours.

I had a problem with an expired download link.
I had a problem with a download link expiring when I bought a new computer. A couple of messages from me explaining my problem resulted in a nicely-worded message addressed to me by name and a solution that worked.
