Handling the refund for an unsatisfactory product.

I purchased some software from a company for whom Cleverbridge handle the payment. The software was not satisfactory and I decided to seek a refund. Saturday night help

I needed to instal PaintshopPro Ultimate & Videostudio Ultimate on my new pc & asked for new downloadlinks. The customer support reacted within an hour on a saturday night & also for further help the rspons was quick. In the past I had the same problem & was helped also very good.
