I had an unexpected charge (due to free…

I had an unexpected charge (due to free membership over a couple of years) for SurfShark, which i really never used. I reached out to the parent company, Cleverbridge. the personnel there was so kind and helpful and immediately took care of the charge, by refunding it. And, seriously, the email exchanges were obviously not auto-generated! a small wonder, eh?

Great service

I suddenly got an unexpected charge from an unknown (to me) company - Cleverbridge - for a product i did not recognize having purchased. After a bit of research I found the reason to be an auto renewal of an antivirus product purchased with a PC, and Cleverbridge is at no fault for the charge. After contacting support the charge was refunded to my account within 12 hours and apologies were given for the inconvenience. Seems like good guys.

Amazing service and polite representatives

They responded very quickly and went above and beyond to help me receive a refund because of a technical issue on my computer. The Cleverbridge representatives were very polite and helpful.

I needed to reload my software but the download link had expired. I was worried because it is Friday night on a holiday weekend and I expected to wait a couple days to get the download link. Acronis was what I needed

Acronis was what I needed. They had the tools at the right price, and they worked as promised. When I no longer need that kind of help, Acronis was right there and filled my request to end my subscription. Can't ask for more.
