Cleverbridge support for a Corel problem was quick and effective

Cleverbridge quickly solved my problem. I tried to use Corel support on a Sunday. After 30 mins I got someone who was clearly outside by the noise and who could only take my details; something I could have done myself online. Corel was faking support. Cleverbridge answered my email and replied with an email that solved my problem.
