CCleaner's prompt customer service impressed me. In response to my request, they provided clear and helpful explanations indicating what steps they have taken and what I can expect. I recently ordered a subscription renewal but forgot to use the promo code that was emailed to me. I requested the cancellation explaining this. Excellent Customer and Tech Support

I have used Novastor to backup my laptop for some years. Just cancelled my subscription because I no longer have a Windows laptop - had a problem cancelling but rapid assistance from Support. Always helpful on the rare occasions I needed assistance

CLEVERBRIDGE - GOING THE EXTRA MILE!

I WAS OBLIGED TO QUESTION AN AMOUNT CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD WITH VERY LITTLE INFORMATION TO GO ON. I APPROACHED CLEVERBRIDGE, WHO WERE NOT THE ORIGINATORS OF THE CHARGE, AND THEY IMMEDIATELY SYMPATHISED WITH MY POSITION AND TOOK ON RESEARCH RESULTING IN A REFUND. THEY REALLY WENT THE EXTRA MILE!
