I've always been a fan of this Team and that was reiterated today .... I needed an updated dl link and of course was already elbow deep in the middle of something before I realized it (smh - rm). I'm not using the program right now

I'm not using the program right now. So I forgot that the auto new was on. As soon as I noticed it I contacted them. Everything was great they refunded my charge. And I was able to continue on. I will be getting this product again shortly as soon as I get my home battle station set up again.
