Update account and replace a unit

We had a salesman that left us so we needed is account suspended and we had a unit in another truck that didn't appear to be working. I emailed customer support and with in an hour or so they had the account suspended and were sending out a new unit to replace the bad. VERY helpful and VERY quick!

We have not had any issues with the company, the service rep who has called back couple times I think his name was Alex..very polite and very knowledgeable. The software is very easy to use, so I would definitely recommend them.
