Helps a lot with our logistics without breaking the bank

PROS: It does a great job of integrating with our other existing apps. Our employees can easily monitor the location of our vehicles with the help of this highly effective GPS. CONS: I am hoping for a better reporting structure than what was promised to us a few months back. The reports are pretty useful to us but retrieving them is not that easy at all.

Issues with tracking device

We noticed that our tracking device was not being accurate at providing GPS location of our vehicles. We contacted ClearPaths support team and they were rapidly able to root out the issue and kindly offered to ship us a brand new tracking device at no added cost immediately so we can continue to track our deliveries. So happy that we don't have stress in our interactions with ClearPath, they know how to keep partnerships smooth!

Clear Paths GPS has been a great company to work with. The customer service has been a breeze. The products are easy to install and the features on the app and desktop are user friendly and help us track our fleet as well as time management reports.

Best business decision for vehicles!

The ClearPath team made was very quick to respond to my inquiries of upgrading our service and adding a vehicle; couldn't have been any easier! Also, we had a vehicle stolen and because of the gps tracker, we were able to find it within minutes of knowing it was gone and we sent the cops to recover it!

Alex was very helpful

Had a tablet that was not connecting to our truck since we had a new port put in. Alex was very helpful with a few things we could try on our own. After those things still not fixing the issue, Alex personally called my driver and walked him though it with him. They had the issue fixed in minutes.

We have been using ClearPathGPS for over a year and they have been great to work with. Whether I am calling or using the chat feature I can the correct answer. They have been great with some problem solving when we bought new vans and needed help figuring out how to install the devices.
