Fantastic solution for a fantastic price

What do you like best? I love the clean layout, minimal number of clicks per task, intuitive design, how the jobs post automatically to Indeed and other sites, how easy it is to get to the portal from any device. What do you dislike? Sometimes when candidates apply, their email addressed don't port over correctly or at all, and often the wrong state ports over so there are some manual edits that need to take place. Great user friendly and customizable ATS

What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to customize workflow steps for my candidates. Many applicant tracking systems have generic recruiting lifecycle steps, when in reality, your candidates may be in certain workflow steps that are unique and leave you guessing when you need to place them in a generic step (i.e., language proficiency test, does not meet clearance requirements, etc.). What do you like best? When we first researched ATS, we found HRM. The sales rep was friendly, professional, transparent and knew the product well. The demo was refreshing. I felt like he was showing their platform and sharing knowledge instead of a usual pushy sales call. He was prepared and knew our company. Once we purchased HRM, Lindsay was our rep. The only ATS I'll ever use!

What do you like best? Clear Company is able to be fully customized. If you want a different way for applicants to apply, they can make you a new application and process. If you want to add in additional fields to the Status bar- you can. Excellent Product!

What do you like best? The implementation process was very smooth and it has made hiring and onboarding so much easier. What do you dislike? We have only been 'live' for a few months and I don't have any complaints so far.
