What do you like best? I really like the ease of use of this system. I have used many in the past and this is the most intuitive system I've ever used. I trained my assistant to use the system in less than 15 minutes and she was off and running! Easy implementation and wonderful customer support!

What do you like best? The customizable application process, saving requisitions as templates and the one-click job posting. What do you dislike? That the screen does not automatically refresh and that you have to switch screens in order to refresh the Requisition List. Sometimes when I do an instant upload on the Req and then go to the tear sheet, the resume is not there and it takes awhile before it is there. What do you like best? The feature that I find most beneficial is the automatic cross posting to multiple job boards, thus consolidating my efforts to cross post! I also utilize the ability to 'forward' or share candidates with other hiring managers set up in the Clear Company system. What do you dislike?
