I cannot praise Clear Books enough. I had trials of other accounting software that left me pulling my hair out and the customer support was difficult to find and all on-line. Any questions you have with Clear Books and they are at the end of the phone. They know their product inside out and are supportive, patient and encouraging, not only when you are setting up, but also at intervals afterwards to ensure you are happy and do not have any issues with using their product. I've been using Clearbooks for >5 years and they continue to give excellent customer service and improvements to the system. As a Sole Trader I think they're a little expensive now, given the number of competitors that have become available but can't really fault their service.

I've been a user of Clear Books for about 6 years now and find it easy to use, and easy for my clients to use.It may not have some of the bells and whistles (or marketing budget) of some of its competitors, but it does what we need it to do extremely well.
