I was unsure of voiding an invoice and if I did what would happen! I sent an email to Clearbooks support and within an hour had a response with clear direction. I can use the system with confidence knowing that if I require support its never far away.

Prompt, Supportive Service
In our time using Clear Books we have only required assistance a couple of times as the software is so user friendly. In these cases however our emails were answered promptly and the advisors couldn't have been more helpful. Even after the cases were resolved they still checked in to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend.

I have found clearbooks to be an invaluable tool for my businesses. It is nice and easy to use, has lots of useful features and best of all, the support is wonderfully efficient which is extremely important when you have tight deadlines and narrow working windows.

Very helpful customer support
Clearbooks is a good accounting software, but where it really earns the 5-star review here is its customer support. Any time I've had to contact them with any question or issue, they've been very quick to respond and really helpful.
