I have used it for conference call mostly and it works pretty good. The plus point being you don't have to install anything. Also the remote control feature works pretty good. The meeting recording feature works very smoothly. I am using Webex since last 4-5 years and i must say this is very nice software to communicate withing the organization. We can share screen, we can call to mobile, file sharing and lot of things are available in this software. And most thing is that this is very robost software, it will never lag with any issue. Great for Large Online Meetings

I like that I can share a public link for anyone to join my meeting along with a phone number to dial-in. There is an app you have to download when using the web version. It’s great to start off with the free trial to see if you like it and if it meets your needs. Many people already use this application and so it’s pretty easy to use and publicly share. I like that anyone could use WebEx and it’s proven to hold up when many people are logged on.
