It's very useful tool for internal and external virtual meetings and web conferences. It's very easy to set up and install. The user interface is great. Meeting host will able to create a web link and send to meeting joinees' prior to the meeting. Meeting joinees' will just need to use that sent web link and joins the meeting. User can able to use any device (i.e. PC, Laptop, Phone) to join the meeting. At a meeting time, meeting hosts will able to view name of joined meeting joinees'. ...

Excellent when it works - but often unreliable & prone to glitches

The interface and UI are very simple and easy to use + navigate. It isn't difficult to dial into to calls via the desktop application but the Cisco browser apps can be very glitchy and unreliable. The unreliability can ruin the experience and make meetings difficult - sometimes one colleague is unable to dial in which has delayed or outright cancelled scheduled meetings. Good Conferencing platform

Basically, what we really liked about Webex Meeting was that for our end-users it was easy-to-use, they were able to access their meeting using just a URL and send the invitation to external users without issues. Unfortunately, what we didn't like about Webex Meetings was the pricing for Meeting Rooms. Request for a trial / Evaluation It helped to solve our main concern about business Meetings

It's a meeting center where you can do web conference. It offers free trial. The upside of this tool is that it offers real-time chat and private chat. People can present their presentation as well. It offers screen sharing too. Users can record their session and share it with the group. We can schedule the meeting in advanced and fix the number of minutes for the session as well. This software is a very useful tool for me to meet people who would otherwise not be able to meet due to conflicting schedules or other factors. I am able to connect with clients and team members in other cities and I'm able to keep working on projects.
