WebEx is fairly intuitive, I picked-up on it quickly. Great user interface. More expanded features/capabilities - our company uses Zoom primarily because of this. WebEx is particularily great for screen sharing if that is what you're looking for. By far the best conference meeting application used

It helps you conduct meeting over a wide area network & across the world to connect and share screen docs over the meeting session. It also has a proper 15 minute pop-up as reminders before the meeting for the scheduled invites. It doesn't allow to share screen if the the host user hasn't joined-in. It would cause an inform host reminder to be sent to user. It has the ease of use to schedule a meeting at emergency basis and also have share screening feature.
