The ability to do things like whiteboard is extremely useful Used Internet Explorer as the default browser, which is a terrible browser Definitely use for remote needs and video conferencing solutions. You can make conference calls with lots of users and share cameras at the same time. You can face some firewall issues but it can fix with special permission by admin. We use it for making weekly conference calls with our solution partners. You can track topic or share screen with participants.

Allows users to connect through phone, thus combining web conferencing and conference calling into one service. Also personal meeting rooms are quite handy. Small number of licences for the lowest service plan, crashes frequently on Windows 10, lags after sharing screen for more than 10-15 minutes End-to-end protection of discussions as per Cisco's high commitment to cyber-security, the set-up is quite easy so you don't waste valuable time
