You can chat with coworkers Which is nice Audio issues are horrible, it has a lot of lag. It gets the job done We are doing online training through it due to covid19

It seemed to be connected with the TVs in my office building. The hardware that came with it looked nice and seemed like it was very simple. I couldn't figure out how to actually connect it for a video call. There really weren't any instructions (I would have preferred a video to walk me through the connection steps. I was trying to meet with my development team who was wfh.

Terrible use in China.

The quality of video and audio is very good via different devices, and the statics are very useful. It's hard to ask our customer to use in Google Chrome because the blockage, many registers can not enter the conference room in time. If your customers are almost in China, you'd better to consider Webex's partners instead of using it directly. Meeting within our company and webinar with our customers.
