Product features are awesome! Screen presenting is the best of all out there. When Z*** was banned by some companies because of some security concerns; WebEx saved the day. Solid Product Though Sometimes Has Launch Issues for Client

WebEx is a recognized brand name in the webinar space and usually provides optimal playback for webinars. Sometimes, the client tool doesn't always install properly or launch properly and it can take time to open (vs. being more seamless with competitors such as Zoom or BlueJeans). I've seen this on both Windows and MacOS machines. Make sure you check into their features and functionality and compare them to Zoom, BlueJeans and GoToMeeting to see that they fit your organization's needs. ...

Clear sound during call

There is sound clarity which makes the conversation easy. They can do it by improving the video side. Cisco meets our needs and I believe if you try it you'll like it. I use it for training.

Great application for video conference

User interface and the video quality is awesome. Overall product is very good and easy use, nothing to dislike. Cisco is a user friendly, easy to use conferencing application. I strongly recommend this. I did not faced any problems with Cisco Webex, i think connecting the meeting via free conference number in mobile is a awesome feature.

Cisco webex is very useful in daily/weekly sync up meetings with my team

Webex is fast in connecting as well as the network disruptions are minimal Webex need more bandwidth for video calls, no option in reducing the quality of video I would like to get an option added to select the quality of video calls(for eg: low/medium/high) so that user can select any one based on their network bandwidth I do use webex weekly for meeting with my team in walking through any updates within the project

Able to accomplish everything from home

The ease of use and ability to add multiple people to the meeting seamlessly. I don’t think you should be required to download anything. Managing my sales team remotely while taking on new meetings with prospects as well.

Very Efficient

It is very easy to setup and does not have any latency issues unlike some other tools. The User Interface feels a little outdated and can be improved. It has room to add new features like custom backgrounds. It is good tool and does what is advertised. I have used it for video conferencing and virtual classrooms.
