Pretty, nifty, and no-nonsense expense logging

What do you like best? The user interface is beautiful and very well made. Everything is very accessible and it all revolves around easily logging expenses and categorizing them. The OCR feature is one of the best I have seen, and it pretty much solves the hindrance of having to keep a bunch of paper receipts for finance departments. What do you like best? You can upload several expenses into Circula at the same time which can save you a lot of time. All your expenses are already on the platform, all you need to do then is labelling them. What do you dislike? The biggest point to be improved on the app is labelling automation. 90% of my expenses were coming from the same company, for the same reason, but I had no possibility to create a template for this exact situation. Seit der Benutzung des Tools gab es keine Probleme oder Fragen, die sich nicht von selbst beantwortet haben. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Das Einreichen von Rechnungen an den Arbeitgeber wird vereinfacht und digitalisiert. Es sammeln sich keine riesigen Papierbelegen an. Es ist schnell und unkompliziert erledigt.

What do you like best? Adding a trip to collect all related expenses as well as automatically calculating per-diems. What do you dislike? The scanner when uploading a photo via the app is not always correct and the receipt photo sometimes gets distorted What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Digital expense reporting, easy to get it done straight away instead of building up a large expense backlog.

What do you like best? Eays to use and ensures automatic WHT compliance when it comes to stuff like per diems. Employees really like it. Its a great solution if youre mostly active in Germany or in German speaking countries. Team is also helpful to offer customized solutions if needed which will be implemented fast and for a fair price. Integration with Datev works very well. Bank file generation is also super helpful.
