CircleLoop is a great service that enabled us to provide a safe, continuity of care for all of our families during the pandemic. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I used Circleloop as part of a local group set up to help residents during the UK coronavirus lockdown. Circleloop kindly offered me the service to help our community. I had never used VOIP before. The interface was very easy to set up and use on laptop and phone. The speech to text feature which emails messages left via voicemail is great. The staff I spoke to on the phone were fantastic; everyone I spoke to was friendly, informative and supported me with anything I needed. I highly ...

Not reliable or to be trusted
This is a mistake joining this organisation my main business phone number has been miss directed and I have lost business, the customer service is bad as you have to email or leave a message. Whilst it has worked initially calls get miss directed lost delayed and you have no idea it is not working until a customer complains etc. This system is not robust and appears to have major bugs in it

Great calling application
Been using Circleloop for some time now, really useful tool, couldn't recommend it more highly. Had some problems recently and the support team were very quick and helpful. Special thanks to Zac and Matt for their support!

The only reason I'm rating this 4 stars…
The only reason I'm rating this 4 stars is because I think that CircleLoop lacks a lot of features that bigger VOIP systems have. Overall, CircleLoop does what it does incredibly well and you have the advantage to add mobile numbers which is great! I also really think that CircleLoop need to accept more than one method of payment (at the moment this is card)!

"Easy to use. No fuss"
What do you like best? The ability to have an internet based telephone number, but also able to have it forwarded to a mobile when not able to pick it up at the computer. What do you dislike? Sometimes the service is glitchy, but to be fair, the Circleloop team generally sends emails out explaining that they are aware of it and are on top of fixing it, and it usually is fixed very quickly.
