"Easy to use. No fuss"
What do you like best about CircleLoop? The ability to have an internet based telephone number, but also able to have it forwarded to a mobile when not able to pick it up at the computer. What do you dislike about CircleLoop? Sometimes the service is glitchy, but to be fair, the Circleloop team generally sends emails out explaining that they are aware of it and are on top of fixing it, and it usually is fixed very quickly. "A bit temperamental and invasive"
What do you like best about CircleLoop? I lik the fact that is has a phone and desktop app which can also be used for conference calls What do you dislike about CircleLoop? Poor connection on conference call. Loads of bugs when other people answer the phone in the office and it keeps ringing on my phone. Cuts out. What problems is CircleLoop solving and how is that benefiting you? None.

What do you like best about CircleLoop? As someone making 100 plus calls a day, picking up and handing a normal phone got a bit repetitive. However since moving to circleloop it's allowed me to wear a headset and simply click numbers to call. What do you dislike about CircleLoop? It can be a bit temperamental and log me out often. "A great VOIP product backed up with helpful support"
What do you like best about CircleLoop? My favourite part of using CircleLoop is its simplicity. Download the app for mobile or desktop, setup my numbers and I'm up and running. Add to that the ability to toggle call recordings and view call analytics on both mobile and desktop is a huge bonus. I also like that the support team at CircleLoop is top notch, they are always super helpful and get back to me quickly to resolve any issues I might have. What do you dislike about CircleLoop?
