"Brilliantly efficient VOIP"

Brilliant.
Brilliant.Circleloop integrates with our Capsule CRM, the call quality is good, customer service is excellent, the user interface is great, the settings control panel is easy to use, I can't praise them enough

We've been working with CircleLoop over the last few months to test their softphone solution as well as configure various of our handsets to work with their product. We've now moved over our ~50 strong team to become entirely dependent on CircleLoop. I am thrilled!
I am thrilled! I only need the phone in the mornings currently so the out of office hours are very handy. I love CircleLoop, it does everything I want and more and it will grow with me as my business grows. I love that i can have a different voicemail in the afternoon to the one that plays in the morning if I happen to already be on the phone. I love that it emails me the transcript of any voicemails left and a link so I can play it. I will be adding a new phone at some point when I employ ...

What do you like best about CircleLoop? Easy desktop installation, no hardware required What do you dislike about CircleLoop? The software is a bit flakey but the good outways the bad and the support is outstanding Recommendations to others considering CircleLoop: Just restart every couple of hours, What problems is CircleLoop solving and how is that benefiting you? A few crashes but nothing major

"Awesome."
What do you like best? I love that I can share a number other than my personal and have them think it is my personal. What do you dislike? Conference calls are a pain and could use improvement. We had to stop using it for this reason. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saved us a ton of money to not have to buy company phones and empowers could just install an app.
