"Ive had the best experience with Cinc this year."

What do you like best about CINC? I get consistant leads every day. Every lead I get has background info on them, and I love the AI assistant that keeps in touch with all of them. What do you like best about CINC? TheResponse time for customer support is solid. What do you dislike about CINC? The leads are very poor. I have converted very few and not sure if I am making an overall profit. What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you? To be honest....CINC is not solving any problems for me at this time.

What do you like best about CINC? I loved the format of the website-so easy to use. It was easy to label a client, sort by type/catagory, prioritize clients. "Great product for Real Estate Database Organization"

What do you like best about CINC? All the customization, with autotracks, texts, emails, labels, sources. You can style your own templates, add in your own custom fields. There's only a few limitations. What do you dislike about CINC? When you get down to the specifics of the backend systems, trying to have leads reassigned a certain way or if they come from a third-party source, you run into some limitations, but I believe the customizations trump those of the limitations. The lead volume provided by the system was decent and the system has a tremendous amount of resources/tools to help provide a place for cultivation and the more you spend on ads, the higher the volume of leads. What do you dislike about CINC? "I have been satisfied with the consistent number of viable leads for my primary area of real estate."

What do you like best about CINC? My level of closed commissions has risen steady since joining CINC. Platform showing info about each lead. What do you dislike about CINC? Some leads are perturbed about having to enter their info in order to see photos. Those calls to perturbed leads are not a lot of fun. What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you? Securing interested clients from other states who are interested in relocating to our area.

What do you like best about CINC? On boarding training, training through the use of the platform and thier CINC University helps agents succeed and work through a battle-tested process. Cold calling may not be your thing, but their scripts, training and support make easy work of a not-so-fun part of the job.
