What do you like best about CINC? Great support. Leads are legit. I've closed multiple deals from Cinc. What do you dislike about CINC? No pictures allowed via text. Property alert emails aren't very attractive looking. What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you? They've helped in any way that I've asked for.

What do you like best about CINC? The user friendly platform and the addition of AI or my office assistant Alex. I also found the app to be very useful. What do you dislike about CINC? Weeding out the bad phone numbers and email addresses. Some sign up with bad information and the lead cannot be contacted. What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you? "Best for teams"

What do you like best about CINC? Upsides, reliable source for leads. Not an instant fix. What do you dislike about CINC? Downside, they have workflows and landing pages however even after attending in person training 2x I've not mastered all the program has to offer. The training covers calling leads and skimming over the other features. If you pay for multiple users you have an account manager who will help with the other features.
