What do you like best about CINC? Its is a great platform. easy to learn and easy to use. It has a variety of different types on keepin in touch with clients and does a great job. What do you like best about CINC? The user friendly platform and the addition of AI or my office assistant Alex. I also found the app to be very useful. What do you dislike about CINC? Weeding out the bad phone numbers and email addresses. Some sign up with bad information and the lead cannot be contacted. What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about CINC? Great support. Leads are legit. I've closed multiple deals from Cinc. What do you dislike about CINC? No pictures allowed via text. What do you like best about CINC? Upsides, reliable source for leads. Not an instant fix. What do you dislike about CINC? Downside, they have workflows and landing pages however even after attending in person training 2x I've not mastered all the program has to offer. The training covers calling leads and skimming over the other features. If you pay for multiple users you have an account manager who will help with the other features. What do you like best about CINC? I really like to way CINC intergrates seamlessly with the CRM and adds additional features that help me keep up to date on the metrics of my business.
