"Great Experience"

What do you like best about Checkwriters? The staff is extremely cooperative and they follow through on pending issues. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Not all aspects of navigating the system is intuitive. Therefore, some training is required. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a complicated payroll and Checkwriters' service handles it extremely well.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? We switched from another company a couple years ago and the transition was seamless. Their customer service is excellent. What do you like best about Checkwriters? Having a Client Support Manager to help with problems and tools to learn new things. Easy to use program. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? What do you like best about Checkwriters? I like their friendly customer service, They will email me how-to's, and I save them so I can look back and use them the next time I need help. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? The only downside is I like to have one contact person that I am used to, but sometimes there are not always available. What do you like best about Checkwriters? Their response and solutions are coming very quick. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Nothing to change at this moment. What do you like best about Checkwriters? The Checkwriters system has an easy UI for payroll processing and an excellent HR support module. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? The time and attendance/timeoff tracking is cumbersome and takes time to get used to. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Prior to Checkwrtiers our organization was 100% paper based. With Checkwriters we have moved to almost 100% electronic for onboarding and off boarding.
