"A time saver!"
What do you like best about Chatmeter? Having one central location to monitor and respond to online reviews saves so much time! I love it! What do you dislike about Chatmeter? No explanation on LBV score or analytics What problems is Chatmeter solving and how is that benefiting you? By viewing my Snapshop, I discovered social media comments and reviews that I hadn't noticed.

"Provides Great Overview of Online Reputation"
What do you like best about Chatmeter? The best feature is that it gathers all your inline reviews and lists them under one tab, so you con't have to check each source individually. It also allows you to filter it by source. Another great feature is the competitor comparison. Although I don't think it's 100% accurate, it's nice to see what are competitor ratings are. "Listings, Managed"
What do you like best about Chatmeter? My favorite feature of Chatmeter is their Listing Management services. The office hours change twice a year for our rental communities, and I can easily update our internet listings in bulk. What do you dislike about Chatmeter? I cannot think of any reasons for me to dislike Chatmeter. What problems is Chatmeter solving and how is that benefiting you? I can easily have a birds-eye view of all our internet listings and make updates as necessary.

What do you like best about Chatmeter? Customer service. I like that they always bring additional ideas to the table when we ask about how to go about certain solutions. What do you dislike about Chatmeter? the reporting was a little disappointing What problems is Chatmeter solving and how is that benefiting you? Listing management and reviews. Chatmeter is always going above and beyond when given an assignment regarding list management. Always providing solutions to problems that may occur.

What do you like best about Chatmeter? It brings all the social media together. What do you dislike about Chatmeter? Chattmeter no longer has spell check.... What problems is Chatmeter solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to talk to my guest quickly if there is a problem. I can also change the hours of operation on all platforms with just one website.
