What do you like best about Chatlio? Its easy. The customer doesn't have to enter a lot of information, just click and type. Integrated into slack, our whole team can watch for support questions or customer inquiries. The slack integration makes mobile messaging seamless as well. What do you dislike about Chatlio? We really like that chatlio has the option for triggered responses, but we use slack 100% of the time and the triggered responses can't be sent through slack. What problems is ...

"Very practical Chat-Widget"

What do you like best about Chatlio? The integration with slack makes it easy for us to integrate incoming chat messages into our workflow without having to watch another open tab in the browser. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Sometimes it's a bit hard to remember the commands to use in slack. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? We try to have a good relationship with our customer which chatlio helps us achieve.

What do you like best about Chatlio? LOVE being able to chat with website visitors right from Slack! What do you dislike about Chatlio? Not a strong, direct integration to Salesforce Recommendations to others considering Chatlio: They have amazing features and benefits and are working on making a stronger integration to Salesforce.
