What do you like best about CertifID? As a real estate attorney is of upmost importance to insure client funds are transferred in the safest way possible and CertifID goes a long way in making that possible. What do you dislike about CertifID? I have no complaints at this time but will continue to look for improvements. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? The only aspect that we have seen as a challenge is when someone cannot be "certifID". Finding out the why and how to correct can be time-consuming. Elderly clients sometimes have a challenge with technology also. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? NA

What do you like best about CertifID? I think CertifID is a great way to keep the wiring instructions safe by making it user friendly and send a text to the cell phone. What do you dislike about CertifID? There isn't anything I dislike at this time. What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you? You are solving the problem of reducing wire fraud by using CertifID.

What do you like best about CertifID? Entering client information into the system is very simple and only takes a minute. The majority of clients have found verifying thier identity to be a quick and easy as well and are happy to know that we are doing everything we can to protect thier money. It provides peace of mind that the funds wired go to the correct account and not to hackers. What do you dislike about CertifID?
