Cerosis always willing to help

What do you like best? The customer service!! They always get back to us quickly with answers. What do you dislike? I wish there was a tutorial on how to create the page. The pricing is a little too steep. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Awareness for our company and a modern way to show our audience what we do as a company.

General Manager/EVP Brand Development

What do you like best? It truly is a customer friendly platform. We were one of to use the platform when it launched and it has evolved very organically each update improves the platform What do you dislike? Not really anything I can say we dislike about this platform Recommendations to others considering the product: We recommend this platform to everyone who ask. We built a second website for another brand using the Ceros experience and continue to build on their new tools. ...

Good Platform but has room for much more UX improvements

What do you like best? The best part that made us leave our previous platform provider has to be the transitions to create a page that becomes interactive for the user. The system is built to allow users to produce content very quickly and on the fly as the studio is hosted online rather than physical downloaded software. What do you dislike? Not being able to schedule creative to go live in the future. This is something that should be a standard tool in todays world. We also suffer ...

An excellent tool, still it definitely needs to grow up!

What do you like best? Anyone can learn to make amazing presentations with just an hour training. What do you dislike? There are some basic features that aren't covered yet. I understand the tool is still very young. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't let the interface frighten you. It seems to be difficult but you just need to dedicate one hour to get amazing results. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

A diverse, developing product with a strong road-map.

What do you like best? I'm a big fan of the customer support - the team respond quickly to our enquiries and have listened to our suggestions and needs. Whilst not everything has been put onto the road map as quickly as we would have liked, the product has been developed well over the time we have been working with Ceros. What do you dislike? For me, I need the option to schedule an experience going live. This is so important with an E-Commerce site as when going into a sale period, ...

Simple, effective, and easy!

What do you like best? I really like how easy it is to create and adjust web pages with Ceros. Compared to prior experiences using something different, the Ceros way is leaps and bounds quicker and easier. What do you dislike? I don't like how you can't see objects that you drag into the scratch area on the editing screen. It would be nice to see what is outside the bounds of the page you are creating, just in case there are assets there that you might save for later. What problems ...

Powerful Software for Interactive Content

I love using Ceros for a few reasons. It makes creating digital content super easy, with a drag-and-drop interface that doesn't require any code and just one click to publish a page. I also really like that there are built-in analytics. Definitely helps to have a background in Adobe Photoshop, because the UI is so similar.

Very high TCO

What do you like best? Its easy for designers to use. We are able to create good looking grahpics, but you need to really get used to the system before being proficient at it. What do you dislike? - Charging for ongoing support. I don't understand why we have to pay Ceros when we have support questions. We're already paying a license fee, and want to use the product, but in order to get help, we have to pay even more. This makes the total cost of ownership really high. - Their ...

Ceros is best in class

What do you like best? The best thing about Ceros is the ability to seamlessly embed it in our own site and then interact with the Experiences using the SDK What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike about Ceros. On the whole it's a solid product which does what it says on the tin. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The abillity for designers to create truely engaging interactive content without wasting the time of our ...

Interactive Experience

What do you like best? I think ceros platform is a way different communication tool witch allows focusing on user interactivity. What do you dislike? Pricing should be more affordable for designers or show more options Recommendations to others considering the product: - There´s should be a way to download every experience - Include audio player - Include more animations What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are ...
