What do you like best? Easy to configure, easy to operate and user-friendly UI. Access Management is easy to configure. What do you like best? I like the fact it can be customized as per the organization needs. Any changes one needs can be done to best fit us . Sometimes the changes are quick , sometimes it takes a little longer depending what changes we are looking for . What do you dislike? Sometimes it gets tough to search candidates on Ceipal based on the boolean search . The boolean search can give all sorts of mixed results and then we might have to again refine it . What do you like best? It is the best HCM Solution Product. It's easy to configure and easy to use. It's handy for both small scale as well large scale industry.
