What do you like best? The best part in ceipal is it is very user friendly and is easy to use. even a new fresher to ceipal can use it very short time gap. What do you dislike? ceipal should stop frequent updates. if it needs to updated it has to inform the users in advance about updates. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It has very effectively integrated all job boards which allows me to source profiles from within the Ceipal. There is no hassle to login from browser for each job boards, the good thing is that I could do the integrated search from Ceipal and it will bring me results from all job boards at one place. What do you like best? Report Generation and email creation after submitting the Resume What do you dislike? sometimes it takes much time to be updated.
