What do you like best? Ceipal is very useful ATS and the best in the market. I have used JobDiva and Ceipal wins hands down. The best is if job portals are integrated into Ceipal, as soon as you open a resume it automatically gets downloaded into your database and can be viewed any number of times without wasting your job portal credits. What do you like best? As i m using ceipal for last 5 years and best thing to say we can migrate job portal like Dice, Monster, Techfetch and best with Integrated search. What do you dislike? 1. It's not getting outo update untill or unless you clicked on resume 2: View loss: Suppose we viewed any resume on at career portal and same resume at dice. What do you like best? it is the most advanced database system and ATs. Working through ceipal increases efficiency and saves time .Also it is cost effective. What do you dislike? Some times it gets stuck while fetching resumes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding niche skills was difficult but with ceipals strong and power searches facilities and other things has proven a game changer.

What do you like best? I like the fact that Ceipal is linked to my portal and my company website so it is easy to stay in tune with jobs I have available and unavailable. What do you like best? I like how responsive our representative is to reach out to fix any issues. What do you dislike? It's cumbersome. It doesn't follow the work flow easily. Some of the next steps are not intuitive. I have to search and search more to find out how to modify or move to the next space. What do you like best? I like the fact that TalentHire has a large amount of features and integrations that make my work that much easier. I can integrate my job boards directly into Ceipal and pull resumes straight from there. What do you dislike? The biggest drawback I've found is that the layout takes some time to learn.
