What is Causely?

Causely sits over telemetry a team already collects through OpenTelemetry, Prometheus or Datadog and applies causal reasoning to it, returning for each incident a cause, the services affected and the team responsible. It is built to be read by other systems as much as by people: the reasoning is queryable over MCP, so engineering teams building their own operations agents can call Causely instead of writing the correlation logic themselves. That makes it infrastructure for an agent rather than an agent an on-call engineer talks to. Pricing is quoted.
