Carbonite is a simple, low-cost option for reliable automatic, off-site backups
What do you like best? It is simple to setup the program. The annual cost is low. It runs in the background and is automatically backing up files as they change. The backups are off-site so we don't need to secure them from damage at our office. What do you dislike? I haven't had any issues and don't have any dislikes at all. Recommendations to others considering the product There are various online backup solutions available. We compared reputation, reliability, support ratings, and ...

Great Product
What do you like best? Ability to do server backups off site. Ease of use of software. What do you dislike? pricing could be a bit better for multiple servers and desktops What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We switched from individual computer backups to the cloud, to having the computers backup to the server and the server backs up to the cloud. Saves backup time and bandwidth.

Joe's Carbonite Review
What do you like best? Ease of use; passive backup; good notifications. When I needed it, it worked! What do you dislike? Slow backup since it starts during idle time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Off-site backup solution was needed. Backup drives would fail and we'd be without a backup for weeks. It's better to have a redundant backup running at all times.

Carbonite Backup and Storage
What do you like best? I liked the real time backup with minimal overhead it had while working. What do you dislike? It isn't very corporate friendly. Tried to use carbonite with a system that had a network home directory mapped to drive letter. Carbonite would not backup the content due to restrictions of the product itself. Recommendations to others considering the product This is only good if it's more for home use or users within the corporate world who do not have major ...
