What do you like best? Simplicity and customer service. Ease of use and implementation. The customer does not have to do anything. The customer service when you call really tries to help. Use of Carbonite
What do you like best? Set it and forget it. You can set up the folders you want backed up and then not worry about it. What do you dislike? The pricing is a little high and the next step up for us is 10 times the amount we are currently paying What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Set it and forget it
What do you like best? Carbonite does everything for you and is completely automated. The installation is simple and the setup a breeze. If you encounter any problems the custom support is top notch and responds to issues quickly. What do you dislike? Does not have any SQL database maintenance features and those must be run separately. Backup software
What do you like best? It backed up seamlessly to the cloud. It was very handy. What do you dislike? Waaaaay too slow. It took too long to back up my software. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Was a nice, easy, portable way to back up non-sensitive data.

Carbonite saves my users from themselves.
What do you like best? Continuous Backup for a mobile workforce is easy to do. What do you dislike? The software does not auto update on servers. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Carbonite for backup on Servers and Client Mac OS X and Windows computers.

Easy to configure, economical, reliable offsite backups
What do you like best? The software is easy to install and configure, and good reporting shows what is being backed up and what is not. What do you dislike? When you reach your storage limit, it is very challenging to manage the backups to reduce their size, without first buying more storage. What business problems are you solving with the product? Works for business backup
What do you like best? Carbonite is great at keeping file backup up to date. Scheduler is great to make sure files are processed during down times. What do you dislike? Due to requirements for updating the client, the backups will often stop working. The only way to get the backups going again is to install the updates.
