I love Canto

I love Canto. It took us from a bunch of external drives and a few servers of content that made it hard to track down what we needed to one location that makes finding assets so easy. Canto has been a huge time saver for us. I also really like that they take customer feedback seriously and their updates reflect that.

Canto has helped our office streamline all of our photo and video assets into one safe location, accessible by many different levels of users. My team is able to upload assets for projects, and share with clients easily. Other users are able to self-serve for their photo/video needs by searching for specific tags and keywords. Hot DAM, we love Canto

Myself and two colleagues all moved from one company to another. We liked working in Canto so much that we implemented it at our new company. So far, it's been very well received by everyone who's using it.

Very good product but poor customer…

Very good product but poor customer support. Did exactly what we needed and wasn't too bad to set up. However, beware that customer sales oversells what customer support implementation will do for you!

Great softwarew

Canto has been an integral part of our business. It helps our team by organizing files and making sure that all images are up to date. They also help make sure that the right people have access to the right images.

I think this is the bast DAM I have ever used. Works great. A little bit of a pain having to login all the time though.

With a user-friendly interface, it operates as a google search engine for our company. Now it’s easy to find products, events, and share those images with our clients. It is our main hub spot for all things related to our company.

Excellent Digital Asset Management

We have a media archive (mostly photos, some video) that stretches back a decade, covering multiple geographies and of very mixed quality -- some professional-grade images, others crude point-and-shoot options. Finding quality images way always a hassle. Canto's searchable database, thumbnail interface, albums feature, and ability to share content externally, have all been a boon for our productivity.

Great Product

What do you like best? Canto gives us a lot of flexibility to organize our digital assets and customize it to our needs. It also is great because it allows the right people/groups to see the images we want them to have access too. What do you dislike? I find the loading of images when scrolling through the software can really lag.
