Canto is helping sales actually use marketing content

Our marketing team rolled out Canto earlier this year and it's been a big help. Before moving to Canto our documents and product pictures were all located on a shared google drive. It worked while the team was small but as we've grown and added a lot of content it became unwieldy. Since implementing Canto the sales team is using a lot more of the content that marketing produces and relevant product pictures are significantly easier to find.

Canto helping sales actually use marketing content

What do you like best? Easy search with customizable fields. We take on a lot of custom projects and before implementing Canto it was difficult for sales reps to find relevant project picture and marketing content to send customers. With Canto reps can now easily sort through our huge library of pictures and marketing collateral and search by things like the internal job number for a project or keywords that represent key features. Good, easy to use, bad customer support

What do you like best? Easy to use file upload, syncs well with our other asset management platform. Simple and clean interface What do you dislike? Photographer Loving Canto

What do you like best? I think it is a great way to share the images for the company. Anyone with access can easily search, filter and find the images they are looking for. What do you dislike? I have not found anything that I am unhappy with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is the easiest way for me to share with my team. I am not wasting time trying to help team members find specific images. They can search by keywords etc.

Great Digital Asset Management tool

What do you like best? After years of getting by with a server-based media drive, it's been a huge boon for efficiency to have a cloud-based digital media storage solution. The search feature alone has saved us days worth of productivity. What do you dislike? Load times are occasionally a noticeable issue, though those challenges are mild. Powerful DAM, Lots of Capabilities

Canto is a powerful asset management tool that gives our 400+ multi-state employees the ability to contribute to our ever growing library and access to tons of polished content! Literally, without a DAM tool like Canto in place we would be nowhere near as organized and efficient as we are today.
