We love Canto!

What do you like best? The ability to customize and make Canto work for the needs of your team! What do you dislike? Canto is a great tool! Overall the only downside is that it may lack some bells and whistles, but that's not really a downside in comparison to the value you are receiving over other DAM softwares. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Canto has been a great tool for increased cross-functional partnership!

What do you like best? Great user interface. Very easy to tag in photos. Great costumer service. Helped us in the migration process from start to finish. What do you dislike? It is a very hefty price tag. Would like to see more admin spots allocated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? So many images from so different photographers in a large university. Wonderful to have everything compiled in one place. Benefits- can also upload ...

My Experience with Canto

What do you like best? The ease with which metadata tagging can be accomplished is likely the greatest strength for our use of this product. We've managed to create a keyword/tag database that now allows us to navigate our full media catalog with ease, and has made our workflow infinitely more streamlined. The branding guideline and adobe integration is definitely an additional benefit we're looking to utilize to its fullest shortly. What do you dislike? We operate in a segment with ...

Low barrier to entry

What do you like best? Coming from having a ton of digital media but NO digital asset management system beyond disorganized hard drives, Canto provided most of the functions our team needed with low barrier to entry. The highly visual interface helps all of our staff members easily find what they are looking for, and the search functionality as proven pretty accurate and helpful. As we approached our storage limit, we were happy to learn of the cold storage option which let us archive ...

What do you like best? Canto has become a huge asset to our sales team and is used daily through our marketing efforts. It is a great tool for organizing all our photos, videos, and documents. With a user-friendly interface, it operates as a google search engine for our company. Now it’s easy to find products, events, and share those images with our clients. It is our main hub spot for all things related to Party Reflections. What do you dislike? Since we have thousands of images, I ...

Great Product

What do you like best? Canto gives us a lot of flexibility to organize our digital assets and customize it to our needs. It also is great because it allows the right people/groups to see the images we want them to have access too. What do you dislike? I find the loading of images when scrolling through the software can really lag. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great option especially for those who have never used a DAM system before. What problems are you ...

I think this is the bast DAM I have ever used. Works great. A little bit of a pain having to login all the time though.
