Great place to put your assets
What do you like best? My organization is able to keep our assets in a safe, easy to manage, place. We store all types of files for internal and external use. Permissions for each user is easy to manage. The public portal is nice to have to provide assets to an external audience. What do you dislike? I think the Adobe Connect feature could be improved. It is nice to have. But I end up having to download the image if I need to convert to CMYK or make edits to. Recommendations to ...

Amazing Asset Management System
My organization just switched to Canto and we couldn't be more happy about the decision. My department uses Canto to house and organize our digital photo assets for marketing and other purposes such as sharing our assets with the rest of the organization - previously photo assets were kept departmentalized. A key component to our switch was the facial recogintion tech Canto has - just upload and tag one photo of an individual and it tags the person in every photo they are in. This has been ...

Canto Is a strong solution for anyone looking for a DAM
What do you like best? Canto has been easy to use and easy to get up and running. The simplicity of having all of our images in one place have been astronomical. The amount of time spent wasted looking for marketing images has been eliminated completely. That was our main purpose for selecting a DAM platform. What do you dislike? The only bad thing I can say was our onboarding tech wasn't really the greatest. She just wasn't very with it on the training. She would retell us things ...

Great Document Asset Management Tool
Canto is a great tool that helps our business stay organized and quickly and easily upload assets to our website. This tool also allows us to easily share large assets to those in the company as well as outside of our company. Great hub for team sharing!
What do you like best? Love being able to access images and documents in one location. Canto houses all of our company's product imagery and videos for easy sharing and organization for our remote team. What do you dislike? We do wish it was a little better at organization for our company in particular. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping all of our photos, videos, and documents in one place to share with our remote team.

Great Corporate Asset Management Tool
What do you like best? The file structure and tagging capabilitys. Without having to do too much thinking the file organozation make sense to any viewer. It is always visable so the user can navigate where to look depending on the content they are searching for. What do you dislike? The search function is not as accurate as it needs to be to find all the relatable files. For some users, they are not as familar with our file organization and would prefer to search for the items they ...

Easy to navigate, lots of customization
What do you like best? 1. Folders can be made private 2. Email or link images for people who request them 3. Easy to navigate UI What do you dislike? Slow loading thumbnails when viewing folders Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure to ask about customization if you don't see a feature or function that you're looking for. This is the best photo organizing site I've ever used. The sharing feature is really good if you get a lot of requests for images like ...

Easy to navigate and customizable
I use Canto to manage images for marketing and website purposes. So far this is my favorite file management system. It is easy to navigate no matter the person's skill level. I can share files via email or a link. I can make folders private if not everyone has the copyright to use the photo. I can select the file size when downloading and select the dimensions I want. Thumbnail loading can lag sometimes but the downloading is fast. I recommend Canto!

Canto is an amazing asset management platform
What do you like best? A key component to our switch was the facial recogintion tech Canto has - just upload and tag one photo of an individual and it tags the person in every photo they are in. This has been invaluable considering we have photos that date back 20+ years that did not previously have any metadata associated with it. What do you dislike? Honestly, it's a small thing but it annoys me to no end. You cannot right click in Canto. You have to Ctrl C/Ctrl V to copy and paste ...
