What do you like best? Assets are accessible by those who need to be dealing with them. Assets, which include photography, video, presentation, and branding, can be added by everyone within our organization. Plenty of features, can get overwhelming.

What do you like best? The best features (there are many!) are keyword tagging, file conversion and downsize options on download, and albums features (files can exist in more place than one). Canto is where it's at!

What do you like best? The best things about it are the storage, navigation, as well as the organization of the items you need stashed away and easy access for. I have certain assets or documents that I have to separate from one another and then I share those links to certain vendors or clients. I am a huge fan of the collections option. Collections allows me to store certin files in one area and share them (repeatedly) to many of our vendors to constantly keep asking for files or images. ...

I am really excited that my company decided to implement Canto as part of our file management process.

I am really excited that my company decided to implement Canto as part of our file management process. We have files that people all over the world need to be able to download and different places people go to look. Using Canto I am able to link assets in different areas, but only update and manage within Canto. It has made it really easy to keep up-to-date collateral in all the places.

I'm continuing to learn Canto and so far it has been very useful.

What do you like best? I like that we are able to create links to share our assets and then update those assets without having to create and upload a new entry. This makes it so much easier to keep track of the latest versions. What do you dislike? I dislike that my company is slowly learning the software vs. getting it thoughtfully set up from the get-go. What do you like best? The Canto interface is relatively intuitive, but does have a bit of a learning curve initially. The interface is very icon-based. All features are represented as icons and require hovering over to understand what the icon actually represents. One fantastic aspect of Canto is that it allows for locking down content very easily. What do you like best? I love how easy it is to search for our assets. We had no asset management system before Canto, so using it is a breath of fresh air. We are very intentional about how we tag and describe our content (mainly photos and videos) so they're easy to look up in the future. What do you dislike? Canto Is a strong solution for anyone looking for a DAM

What do you like best? Canto has been easy to use and easy to get up and running. The simplicity of having all of our images in one place have been astronomical. The amount of time spent wasted looking for marketing images has been eliminated completely. That was our main purpose for selecting a DAM platform. What do you dislike?
