Dante would be proud of this Canto
What do you like best? Canto's administration tools are awesome and allow users to easily be managed with regards to rights/privileges. User sign ups are quite easy as the user can self register. What do you dislike? There's a bit of a learning curve with regards to mass tagging. But, with that being said, once you understand the concept behind meta-tagging in bulk, it makes for a very powerful tool. If you're a decent excel user, you should be fine when it comes to this task. ...

Good Photography Organization for Small Companies
What do you like best? I like the ability to search for different projects by name and get a sense of what projects are able to be shared publicly and in what context. I also like that everything is in one place that is accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. I appreciate that I can brand the platform as an admin for my company so that when my colleagues interact with it they feel like they are directly engaging and interacting with our company as opposed to a ...

Best Digital Assets Mgmt Platform Ever!
What do you like best? The ease of accessibility of your companies assets whether in a conference room, computer or phone. And the permissions you can customized per user. What do you dislike? Not being able to delete within the shared collections section and the time it takes to upload videos. The system times out sometimes for the videos to load. And when you click on images to make them bigger they are pixelated while the videos are nice and crisp when you play them within the ...

Intuitive Digital Assets Management
What do you like best? Can store any file type, can preview most file types. What do you dislike? Slow user interface. Browsing a large set of images is tedious. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good tool for distributing approved content. Not so great for culling a great number of images from photographers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Consolidating all approved photographic resources into a easily ...

Canto Makes Our Visual Content Lives Easier
What do you like best? Before Canto we housed all of our visual content (photos, videos, etc.) on a server that was slow to load previews and made it difficult to access. Canto has made our content browsing both faster and more enjoyable. What do you dislike? We haven't used Canto for a very long time yet so at the moment nothing comes to mind. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to have wider internal use of our assets ...

Meets our needs to customized sharing
What do you like best? I like the customized permissions, portals and customized file structure options. The sharing capabilities are key for us as we need to share different information with specific groups. What do you dislike? I would like to see better data and reporting for Canto portals. Right now it's hard to differentiate whether the views are coming from a specific portal or the main library. Recommendations to others considering the product: We're still figuring ...

Unbelievably user friendly!
What do you like best? Flight by Canto is so intuitive, I was able to use it instantly without a second of training. Drag and drop uploading, easy sharing, it's really a remarkable product! What do you dislike? It would be great if they had an app. They could also have more ability to define permissions for individual users instead of categories of users. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do not hesitate. I evaluated many different options and Flight is head ...

Game Changer for Creative and File Management
What do you like best? We have a lot of creative, spanning from raw image files to full-on ad campaigns. Being able to use tags, which are easily searchable, has been a HUGE time saver. Being able to crop, resize and compress images before downloading make our life a lot easier. I personally really like the Branding Guidelines feature; we can share it with our partners and it's a very clean and simple experience. What do you dislike? It can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning. ...
