"Our GoTo Video Software"
What do you like best about Camtasia? Camtasia has been around for many years. It's reliable and solid as well as it is easy to use. What do you dislike about Camtasia? I certainly prefer "online tools" and not desktop software but it's not a deal killer. What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Camtasia to optimize many of our videos, the best part is that it's straightforward and easy to use.

"Camtasia made it easy for me to make good quality videos to help train my team."
What do you like best about Camtasia? Lots of features. My favorite is the integration with PowerPoint and phone apps to transfer media directly into Camtasia or Snaggit. Techsmith also provides training to help me get the most out of the product. What do you dislike about Camtasia? Steep learning curve if this is your first video editor. "Easy to learn and use"
What do you like best about Camtasia? I use Camtasia to create videos, edit videos and update courses for our online training school. I have videos from past classes that I will cut up into smaller pieces as well as creating new videos starting with either audio, power point presentations or screen shots. "Good Rapid Development Software"
What do you like best about Camtasia? Ease of use. Get up to speed very quickly and produce good videos. What do you dislike about Camtasia? Inability to customize animations, for example speed. Change point for rotation. What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to quickly create a half-decent video or animated GIF.

"Most Frequently Used Authoring Tool"
What do you like best about Camtasia? I like the ease of use, the price point, and the fact that it's not subscription based. What do you dislike about Camtasia? I would like to be able to have more than one instance open (to copy and paste elements etc) What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? I am an independent contractor, so I need to keep my overhead costs low. Camtasia allows me to efficiently create professional products without impacting my bottom line.

Camtasia is very easy to use, it's relatively much lighter than other editing software, the capture part is foolproof, and it has all the features I need to edit my videos quickly and professionally. What do you like best about Camtasia? Easy to just jump in an go. I've learned most by trying out features. When I have a question, they are quick with answers (I use YouTube, as well) What do you dislike about Camtasia? I have no issues with anything at this time. The Mac version lacks some functionality of the Windows version Recommendations to others considering Camtasia: Download the trial and use the online database of learning videos. YouTube is also full of guidance. What problems is Camtasia solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating compelling social selling videos to connect with audience.

What do you like best about Camtasia? Very nice and intuitive User Interface. Do not consume too many resources from your computer like other tools such as Adobe After Effects. What do you dislike about Camtasia? Realtime Spectrum plugin. Would be a must to render a video based on a music playing in the background.
