I had a question about my campaign in CallTools. I first spoke with Ben and he was very helpful. He then transferred me to Technical Support for a more detailed explanation of my situation (I had pushed the wrong number! :-) ). Mitz was the agent that helped me. He did a Zoom meeting with me to explain what was going on. Very patient. I really appreciated that.

What do you like best about CallTools? I was having issues with blank contact cards showing when my VA was calling my prospects. Martin Corrales was super patient with me as I had so many questions to ask. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood the process and even sent me an e-mail with a tutorial on how to properly upload prospects just in case I forget a step when uploading future lists. Only downfall is the lag time to listen in on "live" calls. What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? The various reporting tools!
